Sealed Crawl Spaces
There are many benefits to having a sealed crawl space. Some include: better indoor air quality, warmer floors in the winter, longer life of hvac system, lower moisture levels in the crawl space, lower energy costs, and longer building life.

Triangle Sealed Crawls uses a detailed process which includes:
Phase 1 – Install insulation on foundation walls.
Phase 2 – Clean crawl of debris and remove old insulation
Phase 3 - Seal crawl with selected mil poly
Phase 4 – Install supply line of air to put crawl on positive pressure
Phase 5 – Insulate band joist with R19 insulation.
Pricing- based on square footage of the crawl space
Note: without any special arrangements there cannot be any natural draft gas appliances in a sealed crawl space. They must get their intake air from the outside.
